Chef Don Pepe, “The Paella King"
Chef Don Pepe has been affectionately dubbed “The Paella King" by guests he has thrilled with his Paella, the signature dish of Spain.
Using only pure Portuguese olive oils as a base and the finest ingredients, Chef Don Pepe prepares his special Paella from scratch. His famous Paella includes a host of fresh, wild-caught seafood, ripe vegetables, Basque chorizo, chicken and vibrant saffron spice cooked in the chef’s own chicken broth.
He will bring his culinary expertise and personality into your home, where you can enjoy this European treat surrounded by family and friends.
A party is $60 per person with a minimum of 10 people and up to 50. For $100 per person, the chef will add fresh-caught, cold-water lobster to his Paella for your party, including lobster tails for each guest. Chef Don Pepe will donate 10 percent of each party to The Greenhouse Project in Carson City.
